This is because our old 3rd party system does not save these details. So in order to add this to our new system, we reached out to get the full details. We can stick to automatic payments which wont require you to do anything however Sylvain brought up that you guys would like to switch to paying bills online? I had mentioned that we are still working on the online payment option and to in the meantime provide us with details so we can charge weekly without accumulating AR. I provided Sylvain with a few options after he had brought this up. Please let me know if you have any further questions, I'm happy to assist in any way. thank you, On Tue, Apr 4, 2023 at 3:37=E2=80=AFPM Coulombe, Genevieve wrote: > Hi Cheryl, > > > > Unfortunately, all of this is the result of poor or lacking communication > of your company=E2=80=99s part and an assumption that we, the clients, ar= e going to > figure out what is happening.
