Hi,
Any chance we can use TheKey's slack account?
When I created the 'Google spaces' I didn't enable the 'reply in thread'
response and Google doesn't have the option for me to close out that space
and recreate it with the enabled feature. Without that feature every
response is a new response/thread so communication gets mixed up and
confusing in responses. Especially when trying to reply to a specific
client's care needs/requests.
