Action Required: Enhancing Caregiver Mobility Fundamentals Training Compliance

Hi Emily and Karla!!

*To ensure that new Caregivers receive this critical training and that the
required documentation is kept in WellSky, we kindly request your
assistance with the following:*

   1. *Communicate with offices:* Please send a message your team
   instructing them to add the training tag and upload the assessment form to
   each Caregiver's WellSky profile after they participate in the Mobility
   Fundamentals Training.
   2. *Address untagged Caregivers:* If any Caregivers on the list have not
   yet attended the Mobility Fundamentals training, we recommend inviting them
   to a future orientation session specifically for this training.
   3. *Inform about tag name change:* During our training sessions, the
   WellSky tag name was updated from "Care Match Compatibility
Assessment" to *"Compatibility
   Assessment"* due to trademark concerns. Please include this updated name
   change in your communication to the offices, as many have reported
   difficulty finding the correct tag.
