Hi Ali,

Kathleen Osagie has a social worker from the LHIN that comes out to do
assessments for her. This makes her tax exempt from our services and it was
not previously included on her bills.

Moving forward, I have Unticked the "Charge Tax" box in CC and am
waiting for her form to return.

Tim is here, and said we maybe could credit the family back the taxes for
the last 30 days if possible.

They have now added in overnight support 11pm-7am to assist her overnight,
but this is not sustainable for the family. We have decreased their
overnight billing rate to 34/hr to help them out in this
difficult situation. So Tyler has customized their rate to reflect that.
