I wanted to share some exciting news – the first installation of Lifeguard TheKey is complete, and it went incredibly well! The son was present during the install and mentioned how impressed he was to know that technology can now provide added safety for when his mom is home alone. He also loved that we’re offering this service at no additional charge – he sees it as a fantastic value add.
The daughter, who lives in Vancouver, was the one who made the decision to move forward with the pilot project. She was so committed to ensuring her mom benefits from this service that she even paid to have internet installed at her mom's place! The family is thrilled with this new layer of care and feels privileged to have it included.
