In general,I have been satisfied with the service provided by The Key. My contact with The Key is Dominique Jacobs, and she provides excellent service. When she is unavoidably away, the decline in service quality is notable. With regard to the caregivers,I have a few suggestions 1. It would be helpful if each caregiver took the trouble to say hello and goodbye at the beginning and end of each shift. 2. I would suggest that an essential for all caregivers - other than those overnight - to have at least minimal cooking skills. Do they know how to warm up prepared foods without drying the food up? Can they make an omelette? Can they broil a steak? etc etc 3. Could the caregivers interact with each other in such a way so that I am not left with wondering whose advice to take. 4. Each caregiver should keep an eye open for supplies that the patient at need such as diapers, non/prescription creams so that there is time for ordering a new supply. 5. It would be helpful if each caregiver tried to engage with the patient as much as possible. In my experience, some do and some do not. 6. Each caregiver should know how to make a bed properly. Thank you for this opportunity. I trust you will use this confidential response with appropriate care.
