If an enhancement is needed in NetSuite to accommodate a change in functionality/logic, CI can support the effort. Until then I am going to ask Alyson & Julianne to decline. I also sent the invite to Michael J, in corporate tax, to help you navigate the change impact and what additional steps we should take internally.
In the event again, a tax code should change from one rate to another, please let us know and we can engage Frank and Appwrap.

* Location changed from Toronto to Waterloo in ClearCare
* Unable to bill due to locations having different subsidiaries and tax codes
* Discuss present billing integration from ClearCare
