I spoke with an SCU agent, Sehar Imran, via phone call today and she has routed my inquiry to her back office team to request additional feedback on how to proceed with the ownership/signatory changes since the current signatories are uncooperative.
Also, apologies for the unconventional way of advising this, but my last day with TheKey will be this Fri, so I have provided the SCU agent with your phone number for the follow up outreach.
Sehar stated that she will be following up within the next day or two on next steps of where to submit the attached documentation to begin the process. Since our legal counsel has not finalized the more updated documents, you will need to submit what we currently have on file, which should be acceptable since both Tad Smith and yourself are still valid directors of Prairie Sr Care Inc.
I've highlighted the customer service # that I contacted. Should you not hear from Sehar within the next couple of days, please call them back stating the background I've provided above to request an update from Sehar Imran directly. She could not provide me with a direct email address.

Please see attached for the Sep/22 bank statements for the SCU bank accounts so you can get the bank account number and other information. Might be helpful when you're contacting the bank. Lindsey hasn't sent the Oct/22 bank statement so Sep is the latest I have.
There are also two credit cards with SCU. Attached are the Oct/22 credit card statements.
