Big Picture: * Your top priorities for the next 90-180-365 days * What citifies/offices are struggling the most that we need to prioritize fi= rst * The minimum number of quality leads do we need per month per office in a pe= rfect world. * Do we have a per office/territory marketing budget or do you have the flexi= bility to divide the budget based on its effectiveness throughout Canada * What is the maximum amount you are willing to spend per month to turn thing= s around for profitable ROI? You have been an advocate, and I promise to ho= nor that with reciprocity. Once I know the upper limit of the monthly budge= t, I will work things in order of priority so we can move along quickly but= reduce services fee in the first few months. * Previously when we were managing all of Canda, the offices were only doing = private pay clients for non-medical home care. Has anything changed in term= s of services? Is any territory/office taking government subsidized busines= s (I think Calgary did), any medical/skilled care etc? KPIs & Reporting * What metrics matter most to you (lead volume, lead quality, cost per = lead, ROI, brand reach)? * How often would you like reporting and strategy reviews (monthly, qua= rterly)? * Do you need executive-level summaries or detailed analytics dashboard * We need call tracking to track performance. Is your current system able to = track online calls by source (e.g. organic, ppc, social etc). If not, will = you be able to get us call tracking approval so we can put a script on the = Canadian campaigns/pages? Collaboration & Approvals * Who will be the main point of contact for marketing decisions? * Do you prefer us to propose new strategies proactively, or strictly s= tick to the agreed plan unless consulted? * How quickly can budget adjustments be approved if something is workin= g well? * We need to create several landing pages for better conversions.
