I recommend structuring the Agreement in a way where non-Quebec employees DO NOT SEE the different Quebec provision. They may view it as unfair that the non-solicitation is only 6 months compared to their 12 months. Therefore, there may need to be multiple versions. In addition, to the extent you want the legal team to do a full compliance review of this Agreement let me know. This agreement was intended for field/corporate and not CG's so there may be some nuances.
