I received a call from Concentra stating that they would be unable to complete the testing as our account was on hold due to lack of payment. They are stating that we currently owe them $4542.00. I previously received the invoices for the entire country as I was mistakenly put on the account as the main billing contact. Since that was corrected I have not received any invoices, but have approved some through Coupa so I'm unsure as to where they are being directed as of now. Could I get an update on outstanding invoices or pending payment? We are unable to have caregivers work until they have completed the testing.
