Please* do not *charge the client's credit card and they will make weekly payments to the Admin account stating the invoice number. I apologize to everyone for the back-and-forth concerning the method of payment. As mentioned in the assessment process (before we take a client on), we normally do not accept e-transfer as a method of payment as our American Bank account does not accept it but we have conflicting information written on our invoices and consent statement that will need to be reviewed. In this case, we will use the admin account to accept the payments. I apologize for all the confusion and hope this issue was resolved to everyones satisfaction.
