Today, I=E2=80=99m excited to announce an operational refinement that will position us for sustained success in the months and years ahead. A key part of this initiative is the expansion of our leadership team. I=E2= =80=99m pleased to announce the appointment of Derek Gordon as our Chief Operating Officer (COO). Derek will join us on September 23rd, bringing with him over two decades of experience in roles as CEO and Senior Executive at multibillion-dollar organizations with national footprints. Derek=E2=80=99= s unique combination of operational expertise, healthcare experience, and proven success in scaling organizations nationwide uniquely positions him to drive operational excellence, enhance client care, and support TheKey=E2=80=99s c= ontinued growth. With Derek fully dedicated to overseeing day-to-day operations, I will be able to increase my focus on refining our identity and elevating TheKey=E2= =80=99s profile within and beyond our industry. Operations & Sales - As part of a strategic decision to further align our sales and operational teams, both departments will now report to Derek. This inclu= des our Division Presidents, Chad Everitt and Melissa Reyes, and Ashley Miro= ne, SVP Business Development. - Caroline Henderson, Chief Growth Officer, will be transitioning out of the organization, with her last day being Friday, September 13th. I want= to personally thank Caroline for her contributions to our sales organizatio= n over the past several months. She has played an instrumental role in establishing our current sales leadership structure and has been a sourc= e of continual support for the department, championing the presence of the RDBDs in the field supporting their HCLs. - In addition, I=E2=80=99m excited to share that Ashley Mirone has been pr= omoted to SVP of Business Development. Ashley=E2=80=99s deep knowledge of our organization, her commitment to quality client care, and her expertise i= n building strategic partnerships make her the ideal leader to guide our sales organization through this next phase of growth. - This realignment will empower our outstanding leaders with greater capacity to focus on driving key initiatives and advancing our mission.
