Hello Isabelle and Timothy,
It occurred to me today that if caregivers/clients/families/facilities are
calling for someone from finance, particularly Ali or Irin, how would we
transfer them via 8x8? I wasn't sure if there was an interim solution since
neither of them are setup on 8x8 currently. With Ali, for example, people
would call the main office (416-855-2333) and then we would transfer to
ext#321. I tried this today but it did not go through, and lost the caller.
@Ali Malik <ali.malik@thekey.com> and @Irin Eva <irin.eva@thekey.com> (cc'd
here) were past Mavencare employees, and do not need to be added to the
call flow like HCA TO for on-call, leads or recruitment related calls.
Nonetheless, if they both can be added as users so that we can transfer
calls internally, this would makes things more functional and
customer-friendly.
If there's anything you need from my end to move this forward, please let
me know your thoughts on this.
