We are changing the setting to track a call as a conversion in Google to "G= reater than 90 seconds" (instead of "Greater than 60 seconds"). It turns out that from May to June, only 3% of calls from 61-90 seconds led= to opportunities (2 out of 210) while 10% of calls greater than 90 s secon= ds led to opportunities (62 out of roughly 610). Therefore, we only want to optimize toward calls greater than 90 seconds wi= thin our ads account. No action is needed on your end, this will be handled within Callrail by Th= eKey IT team. However, it will likely impact the total number of conversion= s in each campaign moving forward. Let me know if you have any questions.
