The intake was from a woman named Debra who needs care for her father.
Her number is 514-972-9190. They are expecting a call this evening.
Her parents live in Hampstead and are looking (right now) for overnight
care.
The father gets up multiple times during the night.
He is going to be assessed by the CLSC on Monday.
It's possible they will need more care. It depends on how often the CLSC
will come.
I recommended the overnight shift from 9pm to 9am.
For the rate, I gave them a range between $32 to $34/ hour
Medical Issues:
- Mobility issues
- Plaque in the brain (causes Parkinson like symptoms)
- Slight diabetes (his blood pressure needs to be monitored)
- Will need hygiene care
