OH: Pre-Hire/Orientation Packets

Hi Steve, Will, Laura, Alysce, Shameika:

We are building out the new Pre-Hire/Orientation packets for OH.
Currently, OH has 2 packets: 1 for OH Caregiver and 1 for OH LPN.  The only
difference I found in the 2 packets were the job descriptions.  Aside from
that, should I add a *Professional Certification/License/Evidence of
Training* (file upload) in the LPN packet?  This would be a task for
the LPN to upload his/her *Professional Certification/License/Evidence of
Training*.
