I hope youοΏ½re doing well. With recent leadership changes, I wanted to share an updated overview of who to contact for Order to Cash support. Billing, Cash Application, Collections, and Finance Onboarding now report under my leadership, and we have refreshed our Department Contacts and Escalation Paths chart to make it easier to reach the right team.
