These new fields are designed to help us track the collateral (such as trifolds & one pagers) and promotional items (such as branded socks, tumblers & pill boxes) that we provide to referral accounts. By using these new fields, we'll be able to better analyze what collateral is being used, the quantity of items being distributed, and how these efforts correlate with account momentum. Like the Meeting Outcome field, these new fields will become required once the meeting date and time have passed. Please review the detailed instructions below to learn how to use these new fields effectively and ensure all of your meetings from this week have this information populated. *Please Watch: 2 Minute Video Tutorial HERE * [image: image.png] *Instructions from our HCL Handbook Page 48-49 (Link HERE) :* Collateral + Promo Given Select all types of collateral and/or promo items that were provided to the Referral Account during this meeting. This field is required after the meeting date/time has passed when you complete the Meeting Outcome notes. This field helps us track the types of materials that are being used. If collateral and promo were not provided during this meeting, simply select N/A. Quantity of Collateral Given Total quantity of collateral material and/or promo items provided to the Account. If multiple types of collateral were shared, add up the total across all items. For example: 5 of BCM One Pager, 5 of CNRS Trifold, 5 of B2B Promo = Total Quantity of 15 Promo item examples include branded tumblers, socks, pill boxes, gift sets, and more. This field is required after the meeting date/time has passed when you complete the Meeting Outcome notes. If collateral and promo were not provided during this meeting, simply select "0" for the quantity.
