--000000000000b60baf05ea529cb3 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" *Canadian Pipeline Meetings for the Week of Sept 26-Oct 3* *Montreal* - Notes to begin Oct 4th *Calgary* - Number of leads is growing but quality of leads is poor ie 4 hours per week, cleaning services, one hour visits etc - Tim was to reach out to John keep the pressure on and dig a little deeper - "Cathy "referrals are strong and worth the investment of Matt's time to build the relationship as some work out well but others lead nowhere - will be taken over once the HCL is hired - Important to tag all "Cathy" leads in salesforce - HCL in the works - recruiter hired as of Sept 24th! *Winnipeg* - HCl attended series of important events and is building relationships - Concern over Medallia poor scores from a client that does 6 hours of billable hours per week but consistently gives low scores - is this our customer?- discussion worthwhile for every market where do we draw the line *Vancouver* - leads back on track - Jay executing Q4 plan and starting to see referrals comming from the work of Q3, - Call out for Recruitment to be ready for work in Surrey - Vancouver using Calendly - not a corporate account but worth sharing results as Canada will be moving to ISM's in the new year *Toronto* - Leads up over last week but no starts of care. Taylor shared the quality of leads has changed and calls feel more like research vs immediate need - Tim commented this is usual for early October - Work to do to see if we can taper our questions or inquiries if clients loved ones are in hospital as it could be a way for HSL ( Geoff and Amanda) to get thru the gatekeepers - 24 hires this week vs 13 - amazing *Oakville Waterloo* - 3 starts of care for Waterloo - one being Sunrise which was great teamwork from Amanda and Poulami & Amrita - Note from Amanda that Sunrise wants the overnight notes from carelog and is this something we should be giving them? - 12 new hires ! still need live in caregivers New recruiter position of floater hired for both markets as of October 24th - investment in getting the people ready for the referrals we want! *note for all markets : * - When clients are handed over to the Client Success Manager the referral needs to be explained and then the Client Success Manager must put it in clear Care. this is important for Cheryl to share where clients are comming from and for the HCL to be able to possibly mine for more business- special call out for new clients in residences vs home - Process for Scheduling to be aware of new hires and the expectations of putting them to work - who follows up on this - how can we celebrate the wins - Caregiver APP training and follow up - need more information and how we can roll out successfully and learn from Toronto who is using it - Slides not Syncing - frustrating for all - going forward: Rename presentation with the :future date so leaders know which slide - only to be done by joey - Expectation that all information for slides be gi
