I have sent a new CCA to the family due to another change. I have followed up with her and am hoping to receive the completed document in the next day or two. She did share that she has made the adjustments with the billing team to have Clarence's account on file now. There was a fraud issue when they initially started services. I will update you when the new consent is uploaded to the profile.
