My observations

Hi Tim,

I wanted to give you some feedback on our new GM Timon.

He is a big sigh of relief to the Ontario team. He is the one who offers
leadership but at the same time he believes in bringing the team together.

He is someone with whom we can talk freely and our feedback is valuable for
him and is implemented immediately.

He understands the system effectively and bringing in organized and
systematic approach to our operations.

Each person is delegated with specific role and responsibilities and its a
big sigh of relief to me because I was doing a lot more which was not part
of my role.

I would describe Timon in 3 words, Humble, Hungry and Smart.

I am so excited to see Ontario team shining once again in the near future
and I am sure that it won't be long.
