We currently have so many hands stirring the pot and it is becoming extremely overwhelming not only for myself but also very confusing for Geetanjali as there are 5 different people giving her directions. I understand we are in need of caregivers and the urgent need to recruit and get them onboarded. But having random team members start calling staff without them having even signed their contracts is setting the wrong tone, especially if this caregiver may be taking her time to review the contract and office staff start calling and pushing to get contracts signed. I also very much understand that we do not want to lose clients hours, but I feel if we work as a team and are able to communicate to clients about the scheduling and needing time, they would understand, especially if this is a trend and keeps happening each week on a Thursday and Friday.
