"# **ANNOUNCEMENT: PAYROLL: U.S. THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY UPDATE**
The Payroll Division is updating all U.S. team members about what to expect for the U.S. Thanksgiving Holiday, Thursday, November 24th. (Canada and Caregivers on C&H payroll are excluded)
**FOR NEXT WEEK**
Direct Deposit will proceed as normal and will be available on Friday, November 25th.
**FOR U.S. CAREGIVERS**
Paper checks will be expressed via UPS and available in offices on Monday, November 28th.
**FOR U.S. CORPORATE AND FIELD TEAM MEMBERS WITHOUT DIRECT DEPOSIT**
Paper checks will be mailed via the United States Postal Service (USPS) to home addresses on Friday, November 25th.
While payroll is always submitted timely, the holidays are the busiest time of year and some delivery couriers may experience delays. For this reason, the Payroll Division is encouraging everyone to sign up for Direct Deposit to ensure funds are received on time.
For U.S. Staffing Managers and Scheduling Teams in charge of completing and finalizing payroll schedules, our usual cut off time remains the same: Monday, November 21st at 12:00 noon PT / 3:00pm ET.
Local U.S. offices responsible for distributing payroll checks to Caregivers should please make sure to post the attached announcement in a visible area. This information is also being shared via ClearCare.
