This is for Calgary and Toronto as they are set up in Versapay.  I somehow  
do not have access to ClearCare CA anymore or I would have pulled from  
there for the remainder of the emails.  I can ask for access again, but  
wanted to see if you had another method through the billing you utilize  
there.  Also, who do I need to send the email message to for translation?
