We can arrange a meeting to discuss this further: - We could create a corporate account for all of Canada rather than individual offices. - This account could bill separately based on office or can bill one Canadian account - Sterling works with all Canadian provinces so we can add any Canadian office on this account - If we do go to a corporate account, we would lose all our individual office accounts and all the info on them (Montreal uploads all backchecks to CC so this does not matter for us) - EPIC =3DBest background check you can run that does not involve giving fingerprints and a police station - Time frame is 6-8 hours after sending and we have an option for less than 4 hours (pay more) for an urgent backcheck - 2 Diff options in terms of how to send the backcheck forms 1. HR checks the IDs to make sure the name and date match what the candidate fills on the forms (We do this in Montreal) 2. Sterling sends the candidate form as we all as questions on the employee's credit. If the employee answers the questions correctly, ID does not need to be verified (this seems complicated for caregivers) Option 1 =3D Costs $26 if we run an average of 50 backchecks a month Option 2 =3D Costs $35 if we run an average of 50 backchecks a month ***I am confident I can negotiate a couple $ either way*** - Finally, they have a drivers check that they do (separate form) which checks driving history and infractions. This costs $20. Only HCA Toronto has this option.
