--0000000000001ca0b50642c9b92d Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Hello Leaders, I am sending this email as a notice to let everybody know that due feedback from Leaders on how processes could be improved, we have altered the monthly RDO Team Breakdown File methodology. From now on, an email will be sent to EACH Leader separately, containing an excel file breakdown of the Keys earned for each RDO's territories on how their Single Site and Multi-Site employees performed each month. The first tab will be Multi Site, where the combinations of Multi Sites we have on file will be reflected and shown how each site was weighted and the keys they earned, coming to a final total key amount to those employees with that combination. The second tab will be Single Site, this will show the full breakdown by each site on how they performed metric by metric and how their earned Keys for the month were totalled. Lastly, you will be able to answer your questions regarding Multi Site performance by using this Single Site tab to see where Multi Site full calculations came from. Please note, this change was due to feedback regarding improving the efficiency of payment documentation to your reps - where in the past we have asked y'all to disperse Proofs to each individual, in which was brought to light just how tedious that process was. We will continue to drop proofs in folders as we are required, but this new formatted Breakdown allows for a quicker and easier view for employees as they already know what their pay would be once they see the earned Keys for the month at their site. For those employees that are pro-rated due to LOAs, hire date, etc the proofs will reflect that, where a final calculated bonus showing the proration is there.
