Chris will be supporting the Mountain region and continue working out of the La Jolla office. Chris did an awesome job leading both cohort training and recruitment training but at this time the need for a training specialist has lessened as we focus on centralizing the recruiting organization. As such, the regional recruiting leaders will be responsible for rolling out changes to their teams. We are thrilled he is staying with the organization and know he will continue to make a huge impact with the company. Please share your best wishes and thanks with Chris for all that he did to help train and mentor our current team of Caregiver Recruiters. Through the transition, he will be finishing out the cohort training for the team this week. Additionally, with this change we are removing the 2 weekly Recruiter Training sessions on Wednesdays and Fridays. The content we covered will shift to recruitment leaders covering training in their weekly team meetings. We will be adding a monthly town hall to continue recognition and give more high-level updates to the Recruitment Organization.
