Hi Joey,

Happy new year!  Our typical protocol is to first reach out and send an
invoice to the client and CG.  From there, you can send a follow-up letter
if you don't get traction.  I've attached both a template CG and client
letter that you can use in these situations.

Due to Quebec laws relating to these types of provisions, we are unlikely
to be successful in filing a lawsuit so typically our best route is to go
to the collections route outlined above.
