Hi Tim,

I am having quite a few issues and it's making it difficult to keep up.

I have Richard Beuttner - He is still as a lead and I pushed him to
opportunity days ago and it's still not there and I have reached out to
support and it has not been resolved.

I also have Lance Adams that I need pushed from to clear care, it's not
gone through either.

I am leaving for vacation tomorrow and these both need to be scheduled
asap.

Technology is not my friend right now.
