I see your point about not turning off Montreal since it seems that we are getting clicks outside of areas we are explicitly targeting so they could be tied to the Montreal targeting. Let's discuss on the call how this targeted location might impact the "presence or interest" targeting of campaigns (ie - if people are not present in Montreal but interested in it, will using the postal codes be enough or do we need Montreal targeting). I think we should take a gradual approach. It probably does not make sense to remove it given it could have generated SOC. At ~$12k CAD during the timeframe though, even if it accounted for 2 SOC, they still would have been expensive. Maybe we can bid down or utilize some other method to focus the spend better.
