I see your point about not turning off Montreal since it seems that we are getting clicks outside of areas we are explicitly targeting so they could be tied to the Montreal targeting. Let's discuss on the call how this targeted location might impact the "presence or interest" targeting of campaigns (ie - if people are not present in Montreal but interested in it, will using the postal codes be enough or do we need Montreal targeting). I think we should take a gradual approach. It probably does not make sense to remove it given it could have generated SOC. At ~$12k CAD during the timeframe though, even if it accounted for 2 SOC, they still would have been expensive. Maybe we can bid down or utilize some other method to focus the spend better. To clarify the point of which leads/opportunities/SOC were from locations we are/aren't actively targeting or excluding, can you please fill out column C here with the status of each postal code? I look forward to discussing the changes to consider section tomorrow. Another I'd like to add for discussion is bidding up in postal codes we are already targeting that we know have generated opportunities/SOC. Here is some information about the questions you asked (the bullet points are copied from the initial notes from the intake and here is a reminder of what our animal kingdom means): - H8T click had care in H8T - This is a "turtle" client that is still active and is the type of client we'd want to generate more of - Daugther called for care for her mom - client had a fall 3 weeks ago had a hip operation - she is at Verdun hospital, but hospital may clear her for DC if family has care in place. so they are trying to have her back home - English speaking caregivers only - H1T click had care in H1T - This was a "bee" and is now inactive so it wasn't a great SOC for us - not something we'd want to target aggressive= ly - Son looking for care for his mom at hospital - Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital - his sister has been covering a lot of the time at the hospital to watch over her, but she is burning out and is not happy with the hosp= ital staff - bilingual CG is important since nurses speak french but his mother only speaks English - H9R (unknown click location) - was a "bee" and is now inactive - likely passed away - Daughter looking for care for mom at the Lakeshore General - palliative care - H7G (unknown click location) - is an active "cheetah" - good LTV, could become a turtle given the long-term and long-hours associated with the daughter going away on business trips but would be inconsistent so that's likely why it's a "cheetah" - Daughter calling for care for her mom - client lives some months in Toronto and some months in Laval - daughter goes away for 2-3 weeks at a time periodically during the year, especially early in the year, but has
