As we mentioned at the Weekly Announcements, in an effort to standardize the caregiver journey, we are introducing a new <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1_BLdVilenqQLLyb4yHKYfUd78zpMz4D_/edit> Caregiver Training Policy. Please review this policy with accompanying SOPs and familiarize yourself with TheKey’s new standard for caregiver education and skills assessment.
This process will be reviewed during Caregiver Ambassador Office Hours November 9th at 8:30am PST. If you are responsible for training /orientation for Caregivers, your attendance at this meeting is expected. Offices will be held accountable for performing to the policy standards moving forward.
