Hi all,
We're finally in the home stretch on this one, and plan to calculate and
pay for October along with other incentive payments at the end of the month.

As you recall, this will be a regional-goal-based plan based on the monthly
shifts goals I have received from Melissa and Angie for those regions
participating.  Each participant will receive the same payout based on the
region's monthly performance.

We'll review the plan mechanics in our TKS task force meeting this
afternoon.

We need to get a handle on who is eligible for this plan though.  I pulled
a list of employees currently in job profiles that start with "weekend",
"on call" or "after hours".
@Melissa Reyes <melissa.reyes@thekey.com> none of the employees in this
file are yours....
@Angie Markwell <angie.markwell@thekey.com> there are more in this file
that I thought I would see
@Chen Xie <chen@thekey.com> do you have any regions who have this role
(e.g. they are covering staffing and not tagging clients but should be on a
plan?)

What do you think is the best way to go about identifying participants for
your relative divisions?  I can contact each RD that you identify as having
this function for names?  Open to ideas...we'll want to make sure these
employees ultimately land in a job profile that we can run automatically
like we do for other TKS roles.
