You asked.... we listened! This week's FFF focuses on deleting tasks from shifts. As client needs change and evolve, sometimes tasks no longer become relevant. In order to preserve the integrity and accuracy of our care notes and care plan, as well as being respectful of our caregiver's time, it's important to make sure that irrelevant tasks are removed from shift assignments. We're pleased to report that it is indeed possible to remove tasks from shifts via the care plan - you simply have to follow a specific order of operations. First: Navigate to the care plan, identify the task you want to delete and *remove the task from the shifts first*: [image: image.png] [image: image.png] After removing the task from the shift, remove it from the care plan entirely, and save your care plan: [image: image.png] Behold!
