Recruiting focusing on that area just starting to get traction. - On August 4th one of our caregivers fainted and injured our client. We have been providing 24 hour care, 168 hrs, but only billing for hours used prior to the accident, 110 hrs. This is impacting margin. - June we had a State Survey - new rules require 11 hours of training prior to CG first shift. We have them complete the 16 hours due in the first 14 days of hire. This is impacting margin.
