Hi JosephTaylor, The error you mentioned "Error calculating input for field 'condition': comparison of Workato::Types::UnicodeString with 1 failed" it came from the WellSky side and has been occurring for several months. This issue has already been reported to their team, and we continue to follow up with them for a permanent resolution. From the Workato side, it is not possible to reprocess these records. As a temporary workaround, what we usually do is request a manual update of the data to resolve the issue provisionally.
