It is a flat rate of $1400 for a 24-hour period which breaks down to $58.33 per hour. Can we please get both rates entered into ClearCare? We cannot enter "custom" into the authorization billing policy because the rate must be selected from the drop down list. Please let me know if you can do this for us?
