Saint John's and I have been in discussions regarding updated community protocols, specifically surrounding our CGs interactions with RAs. This is their biggest focus. I am building out the protocols for the office using this link in the sales enablement playbook ( https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/1sLw70OKCKXiItz4iLVnDjamStcSLWx0= 7 ) I will update this and place this on a shared drive for Milwaukee once complete.
