When I spoke to her she mentioned talking to Facility. What im going to offer is that they pay everything after the notification was sent and split the cost of prior services. This puts us at i think about 60k. So we would offer them roughly 30k discount. The only way to work through this is we connect with financial advisor and just come up with a plan. They just want to know if services were rendered and are legitimate. If they dispute further we can have different conversation. We just need to try and get them to agree and pay a certain amount without the need or bringing up further legal action. That would be the last case scenario. Right now based on Lisas email, financial advisor just needs a few documents to prove the accuracy of the services rendered. I asked Lisa for the advisors number and email. Im waiting on response. Will keep you guys posted. thank you, On Tue, Jul 11, 2023 at 12:38=E2=80=AFPM Timothy Thomas wro= te: > My suggestion: > > The POA was made aware of the costs on April 27th as per the attached > email. You could credit the portion before this period as she was unaware. > Even though a consent was not signed at that stage she was made aware of > the costs and received invoices weekly. > > > On Tue, Jul 11, 2023 at 12:25=E2=80=AFPM Laszlo Kovacs > wrote: > >> Legal Team, >> >> >> >> Please see thread below for background.
