Each email will have a Salesforce link tied to the information (please make sure to update the record that is created instead of making a new one): [image: Screenshot 2024-04-17 at 3.58.17=E2=80=AFPM.png] The extra fields without information are there because we used to require all that information on our form. While the fields on the form are updated, this auto email will still include all the old questions for the time being. You can ignore the blank fields. When you click on the link at the bottom, the relevant information will be filled out in Salesforce for you. Then you can add to that information once you attempt/make contact with the person who submited the inquiry.
