We have a meeting booked Dec 7th at this retirement home to finalize the offering and can book an information session for residents and families in early January. Would you like to schedule a meeting to discuss and approve details before our Dec 7th meeting? The Retirement home management is 100% willing to advertise and push this to residents. They do not provide any care services so they want a preferred vendor to manage it all for them. Secondly, they want to use this as a marketing tool so they can compete with their competitors who offer care services. Next steps: 1. Need to finalize the offering before Dec 7th meeting 2. Book the information session in Jan. Give an "Interest Survey." 3. Based on the interest, determine #1 is it worth setting up, #2 create a possible schedule #3 contact the interested people to sign contracts. Concept how we see it might work: 1-2 PSW's 6am-2pm & 4-10pm $35/hr, minimum 2 hours morning per resident, 1 hour evening (per resident.) If we can't fill the block then the rate would increase to $38. Ask for 2-3 month commitment to start the cluster care program, after that 2 week notice to cancel. Let us know if you would like to meet to discuss or what your thoughts are?
