The check might have been missed in the Waterloo office which happened before or I might have received it and missed it somewhere. I usually do my best to not miss any documents but not sure what exactly happened with this check. This never happened with me earlier. However, This subject has been discussed before. If I am not wrong, the final words were that Cheryl will call them to see if they will accept to stop the check and issue a new one.
