Hi Ali,
Ive called twice to reach Accounting and got voicemails by calling the
general line and asking for that dept.
They were an existing client that resumed services so I had just assumed we
had the billing in place, as we had provided them plenty of service in the
past.
I am expecting payment info as soon as possible when I can reach someone.
Perhaps Sumira can try to contact them as well.
