As discussed in today's Product Support huddle, we will be moving towards
having Product Support assist with any account-related and
configurations-related requests from The Key, by having these requests
initiated via Service Desk much like the current structure for reporting
Bugs and Feature Requests.
The new form type is now available in Service Desk, titled "Accounts and
Configurations". Examples of requests that would fall under this new type
are:
- Creation of a new admin account
- Modification of an existing admin account
- Creation of a new GEO
- Modification of an existing GEO's settings
- Any other account-related or general config-related actions
To expedite the resolution process of all future Accounts & Config
requests, we kindly request that when filling out this form, to include as
much detail as possible. For example, if requesting a new admin account,
include which GEO, which Role, and email address of the new account. If
requesting the creation or modification of an existing GEO's settings,
please include which settings should be (re)configured in what ways. If the
request is time-sensitive, please include a date/time by which the changes
must be made to assist with prioritization.

this. Product Support will be ready to handle all accounts and
configuration requests effective immediately. We look forward to this
