Theresa is 83 and suffers from Alzheimer's. Right now, Stephanie said she really wants someone there for companionship, gardening, puzzles with Theresa. She is sleeping a lot now so the mental stimulation is important. This is respite for her dad, so he can get out and go do things. They live at an assisted living facility, so it would be nice too to get her involved in the activities. She is thinking to start at the minimum, possibly 3x a week, 8-12pm shifts. They were quoted $36-$40 an hour- Theresa has an LTC policy and Stephanie believes there is a 90-day elimination period. She is looking to schedule the AX next week, so she can go on her lunch break.
