I have been joining these meetings (Daily Huddle, Canada Connect, etc.) on my own time since we became TheKey. Losing a parent is a very tough time for everyone, as we all know, but knowing your scheduled shifts will be lost for grieving, funeral services and traveling does not give one a peace of mind. I am a great believer in give and take to to accomplish win-win results. I hope you both understand. Sincerely, June Lapointe On-call Manager Office: 416-488-4777 --0000000000004666e10630ca3ef6 Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Good Afternoon Timon and Tim, Since it has come to light that hourly employees are not entitled to paid= bereavement leave, I will not be joining further virtual meetings unless I= get compensated for my time.
