Additionally, assessments are not being scheduled due to not having caregiver staffing (non serviceable zip codes). *Resolution Recommendations* 1) Can we have Danielle get the zips cleaned up with Salesforce by next week? It sounds like this is something she has been working on, but we continue to get prospects in areas we can not staff. 2) In the meantime, as long as a zip code is active, will you notify the field that the RIM will follow our company process doc and schedule the assessment?
