STL Recruiting, margins, and target areas

Hi Tim,

I wanted to provide you with more detailed info as you plan to meet with
recruiting.

We are seeing more growth in the far west county and south county areas.
Katie plans to target both areas and it is almost impossible for us to
staff right now. For example we have a client in south county with a rate
of $36/hr and we are having to pay caregivers $20-23 to staff it. Even
then, it is a struggle. None of our competitors are currently servicing the
south country area, so we have a huge opportunity on our hands.

West County areas:
St. Charles, St. Peters, O'fallon, Lake Saint Louis, Chesterfield, Wildwood

South County areas:
Affton, Arnold, Mehlville, Fenton

Southern Illinois is very close to South County and it would be helpful if
recruiting could make an effort to reach that area as well. While we can't
service Illinois from a client perspective, we can easily hire. The
background process does take a little longer to process.

We, also, need caregivers that are comfortable with pets! As silly as it
sounds, animals are a huge hurdle in our office. Many caregivers refuse to
work with any animal, especially cats.

While we are in need of caregivers across the board, daytime shifts are the
hardest for us to fill currently.
