The caregiver connect app is scheduled to be launched in Canada at the end of this month. Similar to California, Quebec and British Columbia have laws requiring reimbursement for work required cell phone use. The simplest approach is for these provinces to adopt the same practice as what we are doing in California for our caregivers. My understanding is Canada is still processing its own payroll, but if you could provide some guidance to Tim and his team as to how we are doing it in California I think that would be helpful in terms of getting this in place in Canada.
