I ask because best practice of course would be to get new agreements signed, but not ideal. Can your team also pull an example CG agreement by province for me (I already have Quebec)? I want to see what language is in the agreement about any changes the Company can make and what promises we make about notification, if any. Once we get our arms around what promises we make about changes then we can come up with a game plan that is the least burdensome that also accomplishes our goal of being compliant.
